BPM and Workflow Webinar

August 25, 2011 By Jonathan Beaton Leave a Comment

iDatix recently teamed up with AIIM.org to present an informational webinar on “Getting Maximum Value from BPM and Workflow.” Steve Weissman, a renowned BPM consultant, was also kind enough to join us and added a great deal of expertise and value to the event.

Every company has documents, information and tasks that are in some way or another assigned to a particular workflow or approval process. In today’s economy, the ability to streamline and automate those processes has never been more important. Improved workflow will reduce your costs, improve efficiency and allow your organization to do more with less.

The webinar goes into detail, providing information on business process management best practices, how you can get started and what to expect along the way.

General Webinar Overview:

  • What are Workflow and Business Process Management
  • What this can mean for your business
  • The challenges you’ll need to overcome
  • Ways to get started
  • Actual examples of how others have implemented BPM

Speakers:
Steve Weissman – Renowned BPM Consultant
Steve Allen – CEO of iDatix
