June 15, 2006 -- Tavolacci Realty, a full service residential and commercial real estate company located in Daytona, FL, needed a better way to organize, manage, and access their information. With four locations in east central Florida, keeping track of their listings, certifications for their independent agents, and real estate contracts was a time-consuming and labor intensive process.

The iSynergy SBS Server--an all-in-one, hardware and software, complete document management solution--has dramatically changed the way Tavolacci does business. The four branch offices now use Ricoh multi-function devices to scan listing documents to the company’s headquarters where they are being indexed, stored, and processed using iSynergy. As new documents related to the listings are received, they are easily being added to the existing electronic files stored in iSynergy. Employees and agents access and view the listing files simply through their web browser at the office or from home. In addition, Tavolacci is now able to track the status of their Escrow accounts as well as monitor the annual certifications for their independent agents-- saving tremendous time and increasing their productivity!
