Announcing iLink 3.6.0

April 4 , 2006 -- iDatix is pleased to announce that release 3.6.0 of iLink is now available. iLink 3.6.0 continues the iDatix tradition with far reaching improvements in functionality and integration. iLink 3.6.0 also boasts a new, easy to use interface.

Version 3.6.0 of Link allows the definition of "Hot Keys." The hot key functionality can be used with any application that supports Highlight and Copy. Hot keys permit end users to simply highlight a field of interest (such as an invoice number, account number or client number) in any program and a specified key combination will retrieve related documents stored in iSynergy.

Additional developments in iLink 3.6.0 include expanded iSynergy and 3rd party application integration. iLink now supports the ability to link to BarCoder, the iDatix desktop application that utilizes barcodes in automating the document indexing process. Furthermore, iLink 3.6.0 has been officially certified to work in conjunction with Microsoft® Calculator, Act! by Sage and QuickBooks® by Intuit®.
