Without the proper dedication and focus during the Discovery process before a Progression workflow is designed, you may be setting yourself up for failure. Users need to put in extra effort on the discovery end to ensure a successful and logical processes are automated.

In this session, you will learn the importance of a thorough discovery process, as well as, the "how to’s" of discovery and how to use the finished discovery to create the process.

This session is recommended for iSynergy administrators and first time and current Progression users.
