Thank you for registering for HORIZONS 2008! If you have yet to register for HORIZONS, please register for events first! The following attendee options are available for HORIZONS 2008:

Includes admission to all presentations, general sessions, break-out tracks, Welcome reception, all breakfast, lunches, refreshment breaks, and Haunted Dinner Cruise & Awards Gala.

Includes admission to presentations, general sessions, break out tracks, refreshment breaks and Welcome reception on the Beach on Wednesday, October 29th only.

Friday Activity: Golf
You'll enjoy a day on the lush links of the magnificently restored original Donald Ross designed Belleview Biltmore Golf Club. This 18-hole championship 71-par course offers players of every skill level a challenging and memorable play. This pass includes transportation, practice areas, range, box lunch and round of gold. Rental equipment is available for an additional fee.

Friday Activity: Offshore Fishing Adventure
The beautiful Gulf waters are greatly enriched with an offshore fishing adventure. What's biting: Amberjack, Grouper, Shark, Snapper, Triggerfish and more! The Clearwater Marina offers excellent boats with all the latest fishing equipment. Fee includes private boat for four hours of fishing, captain and mate, beverages, tackle, bait, gear and fishing license.

Conference Refund/Cancellations
If you registered for the conference and cannot attend, you may substitute another person from your organization. The substitute must send in a registration form with your written cancellation request. If no substitute is available, a full refund of the conference and/or guest registration fees will be given if a written cancellation request is postmarked or faxed by October 8, 2008. After that date, a $75 per person cancellation fee will be assessed unless a substitute is provided.
