The Wednesday, October 29 Welcome Reception starts immediately following the last session of the day. From 4:30PM - 5:30PM, kicks off our Passport to Success! Each attendee will be given a passport card with all participating exhibitors listed. Visit our Sponsors and stamp your passport. Drinks and light hors d’oeuvres will be served from 4:30pm to 5:30pm in Salon C. Meet and greet our sponsors and get your passport stamped! Submit completed cards to the Registration desk to be entered in a prize drawing.

At 5:30, continue down to the beach for our sunset celebration! A full bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres await. Network with your peers, meet the iDatix team, get some sand between your toes while enjoying a beautiful sunset on the Gulf of Mexico!
