The iDatix iSynergy Suite is extended to include an extensive array of document and data capture solutions. These tools provide the capability to capture all source documents and electronic content through a range or any combination of large-scale and automated batch processes or automated desktop tools. Sources can include paper-based scanned, faxed, printed or received imaged items as well as electronic documents and data that can be captured as it is produced on an enterprise network.

iDatix is truly differentiated in today’s market through our ability to distribute our capture process and capabilities remotely across any enterprise. This is notably effective with the ability to remotely deploy our capture technology and centrally manage it over standard internet connections.

iDatix also focuses on the capture of “virtualized” document representations of transitory data to transform it into a managed Record. This often simplifies the administration of the primary source application relieving it of all long-term or policy-based data retention management. This is accomplished by injecting data representations in the form of transaction records into iSynergy for management.

Based on the specific requirements of a client, we offer a variety of capture utilities that have the ability to capture numerous different document types. We have the ability to perform zonal OCR on a document, recognize a Barcode located on a document, and integrate with any ODBC compliant database to automate the assignment of metadata to a document for later retrieval.
