Real-time Notification
The iAlerts product is an add-on to iSynergy. The purpose of iAlerts is to inform subscribers of conditions in iSynergy that are of interest to them either instantly or on a deferred basis. For example, a sales manager may want to know of all invoices over $1,000.00 that have not yet been collected and that are over 30 days old. The users/subscribers will receive an email containing enough information to securely retrieve the document from iSynergy and act on it.
