The client is a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the premier providers of diversified financial services. Their launch in 1996 introduced a business model that that revolutionized the banking industry. By offering financial products and services exclusively through the Internet, this enterprise is uniquely positioned to offer industry-leading deposit rates and low or no fees to customers.

The Problem

Due to the marked success of this venture, annual document volumes are in the millions. Much of the company’s operating costs are associated with the manual process of organizing, reviewing, and packaging loan documents for sale in secondary markets.

The Solution

iDatix was chosen to deploy the iSynergy Mortgage product suite, which enabled the enterprise to begin using an automated loan process. Within one year, 25 million pages of mortgage documentation had been scanned, indexed and stored.
